I am Suman Suresh aged 44 . Pain is one’s experience is what I always and still believe .I am running few business ventures in town and I am an artist myself , my routine was getting messed up because of my health conditions . I was in this dreadful pain from my cervical (neck) till my tailbone past 23 years as a result of a trauma I have had . With age and time things got different and bad . Saw different doctors from different parts of this world . A lot of them put me on medication ,a lot said it’s just psychology, a few said I need to live with this as nothing can be done . I am a person who trust none but god . I was losing hope as age was catching up pain was getting worse that both my legs became numb and I was dragging myself for weeks . Neck pain radiated to my hands made me unable to draw . All this caught me into rage and depression . I fooled myself and people around me thinking this pain is normal and I just have low tolerance . Everyone took this for granted . Gods grace dr Ranjith Unnikrishnan the spine specialist in KIMS was a name that kept coming into me from different people . I had to make up my mind to go see the doctor and go through all reviews all over again . It’s tough to believe when I say he is god send I swear . The scans X-rays all as routine were taken. Went to see him after the scans were done , he told me so presicely that neck pain would be better with physio but he doubts the lumbar pain L4,L5 ,S1 . He briefed the scan reports and his readings . I did physio for almost 2 months ,the neck pain was almost gone but the back pain was still bad. I ran back to the Dr to say the same and he told me to stop physio immidiately and took repeat of scans to rule out all our doubts .lumbar looks no different from before which was clear that surgery has to be done . He said he would not pressure on surgery , but depends on me and how my life runs . I took no time actually to decide on that as the confidence I got from him none could ever give me . I told him I need this done and fixed a date for the upcoming week then . He kept telling me the detail on implants used , severity of pain post surgery , time for which the post operative pain would persist, the findings post surgery , everything so much In detail . I underwent a fusion surgery that lasted for almost 6 hrs . It was worth the wait as I believe it’s the best doctor and best place I could get for my medical help. He is a true blessed soul that can heal a person mentally and physically . I pray now for him every single day as I believe there is nothing I can give back for the life he has given me now . Prayers are the least . God bless him !!!!

I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care you provided during my mom spine injury. Your expertise, compassion, and dedication were evident from our very first meeting. Your ability to explain complex medical concepts in a clear and understandable manner helped alleviate many of my concerns and fears. I truly felt heard and supported throughout the entire process. Not only did you demonstrate professionalism and skill in your field, but your genuine kindness and empathy made a world of difference to me and my family during a challenging time.

We reached out to Dr. Ranjith Unnikrishnan for prompt assistance in addressing the jammed nerves between C5-C6 and C6-7, all the way from Dubai on Friday, April 5th, 2024. Although my wife, Veena (known for Veena’s Curryworld), was mentally prepared for cervical spine surgery, the logistical challenges of finding the right medical facility, managing travel arrangements, and planning for post-operative care loomed large. Dr. Ranjith Unnikrishnan generously offered to evaluate Veena, conduct necessary tests, and perform the surgery on April 7th, 2024. We flew out on Friday night, arriving in Trivandrum on Saturday morning for the consultation. Dr. Ranjith Unnikrishnan diligently outlined the potential risks, post-operative discomforts, and assured us of the hospital's capability to manage any complications that might arise. Thankfully, through divine grace, meticulous planning, and focused execution, the six-hour surgery concluded successfully without any complications. As promised by Dr. Ranjith Unnikrishnan, Veena was discharged on April 10th, 2024, with an ample supply of pain medications lasting three weeks. After a brief stay in a hotel to ensure Veena's comfort, we returned to Dubai on April 13th, 2024. Understanding the challenges of navigating medical procedures as expatriates, particularly in a foreign country with limited time and reliable information, Dr. Ranjith Unnikrishnan's exemplary service stood out. He not only met but exceeded our expectations. Emphasis was placed on the necessity of extensive physiotherapy, and Dr. Ranjith Unnikrishnan even arranged for a home care physiotherapist to visit us thrice weekly in Dubai. Veena ceased pain medication within twelve days and is now progressing well with regular physiotherapy sessions. The prognosis provided by Dr. Ranjith Unnikrishnan was accurate, and we wholeheartedly endorse his services at any time
